is coming to Lummus Park, starting on Tuesday, October 22. The five-day event will be showcasing a variety of seafood ranging from different Miami Beach venues, including Joe’s Stone Crab.The main event begins on Tuesday with An Evening at Joe's Stone Crab, and on Wednesday, October 23, Meat Market is hosting the Cooking & Cocktail Experience. Enjoy crabs and other bites at the pool deck at Shore Club on Thursday night, as Executive Chefs from Diez Y Seis and Shore Club, plus local eateries showcase their best ‘surf ‘n turf’ options.The main events take place on the sands of South Beach, starting on Friday night with the VIP Chef Showdown. Miami’s best chefs will be cooking off all night and all guests will be the judge. Saturday features an all-day event with 20 selected restaurants' pop up cafes', complimentary open bar, plus three live music stages playing all day.Guests can come to one event or attend all the events held throughout the week. Ticket prices range from $49 – $800, depending on which levels of admission are preferred.

Halloween Half Marathon

Since 2009, the

Halloween Half Marathon

has been an event the South Florida running community looks forward to. This run in particular is asking participants to get in the Halloween spirit, specifically by dressing up and more importantly, having fun. The starting line for both distances begins at South Pointe Park and afterward, participants can enjoy post-race activities there as well.Not interested in running the full 13.1? The freaky four miler is also available for runners and walkers who would like to participate. All runners are encouraged to get into the spirit of the event - although costumes are optional - and will enjoy the collectible medals featuring a Halloween themed design for completing the race. Guests are also asked to come and cheer their friends on as they reach the finish line.
