Upon pulling in to either driveway off of Collins Avenue or Indian Creek Drive, the valet will await your arrival, ready to whisk your car away to the street-level parking garage equipped with a total of 19 spaces on electronic car lifts, allowing for double the amount of parking space (38 spaces total) for residents to share.The planned mezzanine-style lobby will encompass a staggering 1,600 sqft with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and an expansive concierge desk. The luxurious grand entrance only sets the stage for the high standard of living that this building will provide its residents.On the second floor, the main hall will overlook the lobby below with residences on the west side of the building. With all of the building’s floorplans, we really enjoyed seeing the architect’s diverse use of space, with fully enclosed foyer entrances and transitional hallways, to very open flow-through living and kitchen areas. The non-traditional curved glass walls also complement the fresh modern design that the building offers.

Each residence will have a wrap-around balcony that will run along the entirety of the unit. Floorplan A will enjoy a second private balcony that functions as an entryway to the residence. But by far, the most interesting aspect to the exterior space on Floorplans A and C on the second floor would be the balcony extension catwalk that opens up to an uncovered, patio-style landing. In total, Floorplans A and C measure up to a spacious 1,710 sqft – and that’s not including the expansive outdoor space!Floorplan B, nestled in the center of the building, offers a more humble but equally impressive design. Although it will come in slightly smaller at 1,489 sqft, the organized layout creates the best use for every inch of space. While floorplans A and C offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, floorplan B comes equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a half bath located off the kitchen; all as equally spacious as the rooms in the other units. In addition to the master bedroom suite, one of the additional bedrooms will feature an in-suite bath as well, making for each bedroom to have their own bathroom in this floorplan. The hallway leading to the bedrooms can be closed off, providing privacy while residents entertain their dinner guests.These residence floorplans A, B, and C, will be repeated on floors 3 through 6. However, starting on the third floor, floorplan D, residing on the east end of the building, will offer a very different design with no shared walls to other residences. Opening up to an elegant, elongated foyer, the master bedroom on the NE wing of the residence will feature a walk-in closet leading to the in-suite bath. Down the hallway to the rest of the unit, the hall opens up to a large living area which is seamlessly adjoined to the corridor-style kitchen. The most impressive feature of this living area will be the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls that will flawlessly contour the entirety of the room. The additional 2 bedrooms will share a full bathroom that will come equipped with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. Floorplan D will also have more storage area, as the main hallway will be lined with closet space. These residences in particular will harbor 1,600 sqft of interior space with an expansive balcony hugging the length of the residence.
