After this MiMo revival project was unanimously approved by the Design Review Board & the Board of Adjustments in September last year, we were left anticipating the next stage of development for the project. Now, we are excited to see the NoBe House Condominium become a reality. This new development, featured in the rendering above, will be located at 8505-8521 Harding Avenue in the North Beach neighborhood  of Miami Beach.
