Eighty-Seven Park is a luxury residential condo designed by acclaimed architect Renzo Piano and his team; Renzo Piano Building Workshop. The 18 story, 70-unit structure has partnered with luxury design firms and providers to truly elevate the experience of its residents.

Upon entering the garden-like atmosphere of the lobby, the Concierge is there to direct, answer questions, or confirm appointments.  The building offers extensive Concierge and personalized Butler Services. Moving past the concierge is a carefully curated collection of books and magazines ranging in topics from architecture, to Florida plant life, to current events. The library is clearly intended to be enjoyed on any of the comfortable, modern chairs and lounges. A glass of wine can be delivered by staff, or a botanically infused cocktail both crafted by the Enoteca wine bar – also in the lobby.

The Enoteca Wine Bar and Cellar services the residents of 87 Park. A full-time botanist and lifestyle manager, and bar staff work to design delicious cocktails using the herbs hand-grown by the botanist. The fresh herbs are also made available to the residents. The wine selection is top-notch and varied but Enoteca also has available space for select wines from the resident’s private collections to be kept for their use on the grounds.

Enoteca works in partnership with the outdoor Fugo bar, another location providing fine wines and cocktails, small-plates, and organic prepared foods for either individual residents or with the ability to cater for larger private parties and gatherings.

Outdoors, the grounds – landscaped by West 8 – offer jogging paths, two swimming pools, and a lovely garden with many places for peace and contemplation. Along the shoreline, the beach walk, (beginning its final phase of construction), beckons residents down to the ocean. 24 loungers and fully staffed beach-side service provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and appreciation of nature.

The on-site gym includes health coaching, personal training, private and group classes, and state-of-the-art equipment and is a short distance from the luxury spa for post-workout relaxation.

Eighty Seven Park has partnered with many luxury providers to create the best environment; from the impeccable service to the look of the grounds and spa. The spa was designed by Paris-based architecture firm, RDAI, who are celebrated for their work designing stores such as Hermès. A signature of RDAI are their layered wooden installations which give the effect of rippled sand on the shore. RDAI design beautiful layered-wooden orb light fixtures that disappear into the ceiling and bring intimacy to the room. The first of these orbs created for a U.S. structure will exist in the spa of Eighty Seven Park.

The spa offers a complete menu of services. Massages on heated tables, body-scrubs with use of a Vichy shower, sauna, steam rooms, manicures, pedicures, and hair services. A private, by appointment experience ensures an inviting and undisturbed environment for residents to relax. If residents and their guests wish to elevate their privacy, massages are offered in private living spaces as well as outside in the garden.

From a distance, the luxury condo seems to be growing up from the newly bolstered North Beach Oceanside Park. Residents can easily access the 36-acre park and enjoy long walks, or invigorating jogs through the lush plants growing along the shoreline.

Eighty Seven park is at the Northernmost point of North Beach, a community focused on a lifestyle of nature, outdoor activity, and cultural experiences. Along Collins Avenue and stretching south towards the invigorated shops of Normandy Isle, there exist many opportunities for delicious local restaurants, designer shopping experiences, and musical entertainment. The community focuses on providing a range of activities to showcase its diversity and history through art, food, and musical performances in a way that is less wild than its South Beach neighbor. A local favorite is the historic North Beach Bandshell.

North Beach has its own identity but is still a proud part of the greater area, and only minutes from the excitement of South Beach or the amplified luxury of the Design District. While Residents of Eighty Seven Park enjoy aspects of hotel amenities, there is still a feel of privacy and autonomy.

Renzo Piano sat on the beach and thoughtfully took in the natural elements of the shoreline, park, and attitude of the neighborhood. The result is a structure that not only seems to exist without disturbing its surroundings, but that supports the direction of the growing community by attracting residents looking to enjoy the same natural and cultural amenities.
